EQ:  What we believe that thee would profit from knowing first is that the Arizonas and many areas like it are backward, dost thou know this thing?

Yes, but in which way specifically are you refering?

EQ:  For thy physical bodies thee are now entering a hibernation phase because of the heat.  Is this not so?  Whereas many other places enter this in the cold.  Is this not so?  But many entities in the Arizonas and other hot climates were not originally from there.  Is this not so?

EQ:  So thee need now to realize that it is more important for thee to spend time healing, energizing and balancing thy bodies during this period, just as if thee were in cold weather this would be essential that thee do it then.  Dost thou understand?

EQ:  So we will do a meditation tonight to help thee learn to do this thing, but what we would also like to say unto thee is do not be hard upon thy body at these times.  Fuel them well, not abundantly, but well.  Watch them more closely, for they can be injured during these times.  And for Heaven's sake, be more introspective instead of outward so that thee can pay attention to the signals and treat thyself fairly  Dost thou understand?

EQ:  Most entities upon Terra pay no attention to their inner world.  How many of thee actually talk to thy bodies?  How many of thee actually listen to what they say?  Most entities would rather listen to thy television sets and thy radios, which is usually feeding thee much garbage, than to listen to thy own self and ascertain thy health and the state of thy being.  Is this not so?

EQ:  We would suggest to thee it would be a very good time to start this process and we would also like to say to thee it will never be a useless pursuit.  It will always be a benefit to thee.  Believe us.
