What do we need to know now?
 

EQ:  What we would like thee to know right now is that this is a very important time for each of thee to be clear as to what is happening in thy world.  It is thy responsibility to become conscious consumers.  And what we mean by this is know what thee are buying, what is in it, who makes it, what do they believe, what are their ethics and do they match thine.  It is very important that thee take responsibility for thy health, for thy planet’s health and for the peace upon it.  For are there not companies that are like giant octopuses that in thy purchase of one product actually allows thee to wage war on others?  On the one hand they grow food, on the other hand they poison.  Is this not so?  Dost thou ethics say this is a goodly thing to support?

No.

EQ:  How many of thee know who makes what thee purchase?  How many children are dying to make the shoes that thee wear?  How many mothers have to go without food because their wages are so poor because the company that they work for has moved their plant from the United States of America somewhere where they can starve people?  Dost thou understand what we are saying?

Yes.

EQ:  It is up to thee to take responsibility for thy choices.  The major choice within the United States of America that we have seen is the choice to buy.  Is this not so?  This is something that thee do consistently and thee also do it blindly.  And in a time when information is so easy to get, we ask thee to begin to be conscious consumers.  It is a choice and it is an important one.
