Rising Past Expectation |
Jan. 2, 2004 |
Place thy hands palm up on thy lap. And we would like thee to
just breathe. We would like thee to just be and breathe.
[very long pause]
On Terra, entities live in a constant state of expectation. Thee were expecting us to speak. And when we did not, many became uncomfortable. Thy lives are filled with expectation which then creates for thee disappointment, which then creates for thee pain. And the cycle begins and ends with expectation.
When we invited thee to just breathe and just be, what a wondrous gift
to just breathe and just be, to allow thyself to feel in thy bodies, to
allow thyself to feel thy breath, to allow thyself to hear the sounds,
smell the smells and feel the connection to now. For when thee are
now and conscious of just being, thee are in joy; thee have peace; thee
are complete. But if thy mind is having an expectation of where thee
need to be, what thee need to do or what needs to be happening, thee are
creating in thyself chaos. So we invite thee again, just breathe
and be.
[nice long pause]
Whenever there is fear, disappointment, expectation, discomfort, sit thyself down and allow thyself to just be in this place, in this time; just be, breathing and feeling and being. In this space, thee will banish thy fears. There can be no expectation; there can only be joy. We would advise thee to practice this thing whenever thy balance seems lost, thy life seems in turmoil, and thee have lost track of the way. Just sit thyself down, breathe and be, and take control back of thy life. For all thee really have is this moment, and if it is perfect, so will all the others be.
