Begin to put thyselves in comfort and begin to perceive of thyselves as energy.  Energy glows and energy sparkles and energy tingles.  Feel thyself tingling.  You may first feel this in thy hands or perhaps in thy forehead or top of thy skull.  Just allow thyself to feel that thee are energy - electric, wondrous, pure energy.  Fill thyself with the wondrous warmth and glow that is energy; and, then, understand that thee can mold this thing that thee be, thee can mold this energy.

So perceive thy energy as having wings and allow thyself to begin soar.  And, as thee are taken on the forces that are the wind, make thyself aware that the wind itself is energy and that energy has colors, and has patterns.  And, as thee are looking down upon thy planet, perceive the energy that is everywhere. See it coming off everything, the ground itself, the plants, the animals and the other people and thee will notice that certain of these energies pull thee to them.

Go.  And when these energies harmonize with thee, feel how  wondrously energized thee become.  Perhaps the tone of thy own energy begins to prickle in a little different way - a joyous way.  Combining thy energy with this person, place or thing fills thee with wondrous feelings.  Notice that thy vibration changes.  The colors bond together and perhaps become an even more brilliant hue.  Let thyself link with all these energies that work to benefit thee.

And now again take wing, but this time perceive thyself to be a butterfly.  And thee can now see the energy of a beautiful patch of flowers.  Allow thyself to land upon a wondrous flower that draws thee to its energies.  And as thee unite with this flower, take from it its nectar and fill thyself with the soul of this plant. Thee are pulling its energy, its nature, its memories into thee and it has already pulled from the waters and the earth.  And thee shall pay this wondrous flower back by giving it the pollen of other wondrous creatures that thee have already explored.  All thing on Terra are connected.  All things grow from contact with another.  Nothing is diminished by the sharing, or touching, or connection to another.  Each time thee give out thy energy thee are enhanced, thy colors are deeper, thy vibrations more intense.  Thee can energize thyself completely, fill thyself with positive energies, perfect health, abundance, and all good things by recognizing that thee are a radiant being connected to other radiant beings.  

Perceive thy energies going into many places upon the planet and as thee give out thy energy to these places feel them giving back.  Now be aware that thy energy stays not just on this planet but goes out into the universe and what thee give, thee get back.  Thee are never, ever without energy thee just perceive the lack of it instead of the abundance.  Flip the switch, feel the connection, never lose sight of it.  And if, on a daily basis, you allow yourself to be plugged in to all that is, thee are the most powerful, magnificent being that thee can be and thee will never know fear; and thee will never know lack; and thee will always know trust.
