Now please become comfortable within thy seats, and close thy eyes.  And please become conscious of thy deep breathing.  And as thee breathe, allow thyself to relax.  And go ahead and breathe out any stress and discomfort that are left over from the day.  And just begin to breathe in calm, clean energy.  Allowing thy body to just release and relax.  Allowing the sounds and the tunes to add to thy relaxation, our voice helping thee to go deeply into a state of deep relaxation.  Thy worries can just be gone; set them aside.  Thy fears are not necessary right now.  Instead, we would like for thee to fill thyself with peace.  Just allow thyself to be in a state of calm, peaceful, relaxed energy.

And we would like for thee to envision, if thee will, a cord of light going down from thy body into the earth.  A cord that now connects thee with thy mother, thy planet Terra, that which nurtures and tends to thy physical body.  And once that cord is firmly planted, allow thyself to feel her energy being sent back up to thee, calming, secure, nurturing, female energy, the energy of thy mother.

Now begin also to extend a cord of light from the top of thy head out into the universe, out to the Source who is thy father.  And pull to thee now the masculine energy of security, power; balancing the male and female energy.  And allow these energies to come together at the point that is thy heart.

And begin to see tiny filaments of light going out from thy heart, the merging of the nurturing mother and the protective father going out and touching all other entities upon this planet and feeling the linkage, one to all.  And even though some of these filaments may bring back pain and suffering and fear, thee do not absorb these.  Instead, we would like thee to envision the face or faces of all those beings that thee have known that have died, all those beings thee have known that have left thee but are still alive, all those beings that have created pain and suffering within thee, see their faces from the space of thy connection with thy mother and thy father, the Source and the Earth, the love and the safety.  And with each face, bless them and say good-bye.  Thee no longer want the pain.  Say good-bye.  And release and fill those empty spaces with the Source energy and the Earth energy and fill the filaments with love.

Now we would like for thee to bring into thy consciousness the face of the people who love thee, all those entities in they life now, or that were ever in thy life that treated thee with love, respect, concern, protectiveness, joy.  Bring their faces to thy mind and pull to thee the memory of their loving, caring, generous natures.  And for those that are still in thy life, send them the immense love thee have and make sure to tell them when thee see them of their vale.  And those that have passed on, hold firmly in thy mind, for these are all choices.

Thee can live in this space of security and love by releasing those things that don’t belong to thee and holding fast those memories of the wondrous joy that does.  Or thee can choose to dwell in the darkness, cutting those filaments and believing that thee are alone.  It is thy choice.  It is thy perception.
