We would like for thee to place thy hands palm up on thy lap.  And we would like for thee to be and pretend to be calm, peaceful.  As thee are breathing, quiet thyself and allow thyself to just feel how wondrously pleasant it is to be calm, to relax and to breathe.  And we would like for thee to begin to envision that thee be energy.  Begin to visualize thyself as intense violet light.  Fill thyself with this intense energy.  Pull it from the planet.  Fill thyself with this energy so that all fatigue, all discomfort, all disharmony is no longer within thy body, but instead, thee are electrified.  Allow thyself to feel this energy singing through every nerve ending in thy body.  And the song it is singing is wondrous, is beautiful, is healing and energizing every single part of thy physical body.

And as thee look into the palm of thy hand, become aware that within each of thy palms is a sphere of vibrant, electric light.  A ball radiating and sparking.  When thee look at thy fingertips, there are sparks, violet sparks.  And the ball of energy in each palm is growing.  And it is growing so large now that it is one large ball being held in both hands.  This vibrant energy, which is playing thy song, harmonize with this energy as thee peer into this ball.

And we would like for thee, as thee look into this wondrous, violet ball of energy, to visualize your world.  The world that thee would like to live in.  Create for thyself within this ball of radiant energy, thy perfect world.  If there be solid upon this world, what does it look like?  If there be water upon this world, see it.  What color is it?  Does it have movement?  What lives within it?  What lives within the land, if there be such?  What is in the sky, if there be one?  Is there a sun, or two, or three?  Are there moons?  One or eight?  And stars?  And what does the air taste like, smell like, feel like?  And does there live within it anything?  What is the world that thee want to live within?

Thee are powerful creatures.  What thee are creating in thy mind can be manifest on thy planet.  In many ways, it already is.  Thee be powerful creatures who have forgotten thy power.  Thy power manifests within thy thoughts.  This be a wondrous gift.  Thee can have exactly what thee perceive at any time thee perceive it as long as thee understand that thee and all things upon Terra are only just energy, just as this wondrous ball that holds thy world is energy.  How thee use it will manifest throughout eternity.
