Giving Thanks |

We would like thee to shake thy arms and legs a moment. And as thee are shaking thy arms and legs, allow thyself to feel that thee are shaking off anything that might hold thee back. And as thee do this, then let thyself go limp and just allow thyself to begin probably for the first time today to relax and feel thy bodies. And consciously ask thy feet to relax, thy legs to relax, thy back and shoulders, thy abdomen and chest, thy hands and arms, and finally thy brain to just relax and feel peace.
And as thee are feeling peace, I want thee to become aware that thy energy is not truly contained within this vessel that is thy body, that a lot of it extends outside of the body and is known as the aura, which is just an extension of the energy that is encapsulated within the body. So leaving the body is very simple.
Begin to perceive thy aura getting bigger and bigger. Just allow this energy to get bigger and bigger, so big that only a thread of it need remain within the body. The rest of it gets to float.
And now we would like for thee to either turn thyself into a bird, or just allow thyself to float in the air out into the blue sky or the sky filled with stars. And we want thee to be grateful for the wondrous air that thee are breathing. And be grateful for the blue skies and the millions of stars. Be grateful for the full moon and the warm sun. And as thee float, be grateful that thee have these abilities to sense and fill thyself with the joy of being grateful.
And now we would like for thee to envision thyself walking on a huge savanna somewhere on the continent of Africa. And all around thee are grasslands with wondrous animals. Be grateful for the diversity upon this wonderful planet, the animal-kind, the plant life, humankind, so diverse, so much to learn. Be grateful of thy brothers and sisters.
Now we want thee to see thyself at the bank of an ocean and dive in and become wondrously aware that thee can breathe down here. And surround thyself with life that teems within thy oceans, even more diverse and more beauteous. And find thy gratefulness in the waters of thy planet, the abundant food sources that live within thy seas.
Now stand upon the rich soil of thy farmlands and thy orchards and be grateful for the abundance of food that thee have upon Terra. Fill thyself with gratefulness that thee be alive and healthy and wonderfully fulfilled upon a planet that has everything that thee could possibly want. Fill thyself with the knowledge that all of this is thine and be grateful that thee know this.
This is a time of gratefulness and thanksgiving that thee celebrate upon Terra every year, and we believe that none of thee think about what thee have to be grateful for. It is not in monies. It is in the wondrous planet; it is in the beautiful bodies that can taste and sense and smell and feel; it is thy interconnection with all things. Those are what thee need to be grateful for. And each time thee begin to perceive thy lack or thy fear or thy pain, fill thyself with gratefulness, for thee are truly blessed upon Terra.
Myama.
